Movements

The videos below are "Lifesaver Practices." Lifesaver Practices are short and simple ways to physically shift your energy during times of stress. These movements are based on Yoga Asanas and Qigong/TCM practices.

Each Lifesaver Practice can be done with your children, so there is no need to wait until you have precious alone time to use them.
